Movement and sports have always been significant in my life. As a little girl, I started taking ballet lessons, followed by Jazz Ballett, Latin-American dances and Irish step.
Pilates meant an amazing transition, and a way I could combine my passion towards dancing with a complex movement system combining conscious practice, focus and the control of breath.
Besides my university studies, 3 years long I have been working in various hotel resorts in Spain and Turkey, leading a holistic health and wellness program “Gesund &Glücklich based on movement, nutrition, and relaxation.
Yoga brings me to the present moment. It is one of those peculiar moments, when I can step out of my surroundings and focus inwards. Several years of Pilates teaching led me on one day to my very first yoga class. I had doubts, whether yoga is the right movement for me, until I stepped on the mat and became dedicated. My journey then continued in Rishikesh (India), where I was introduced to the ancient traditions.
Practicing yoga for me is a life-time journey, that does not end when I roll up my mat.
I would like to share my passion for Pilates and Yoga, and exercise to my students, to leave my class with calm energy and a smile on their face.
My classes are taught in English.
